We may collect gameplay information such as draft history, scores, badges, token balance, leaderboard activity, and purchase or entitlement status.
We may collect device and technical information such as device identifiers, app version, operating system, approximate region, crash diagnostics, notification tokens, and anti-fraud signals used to protect purchases, referrals, and account integrity.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, maintain leaderboards, process purchases, grant referral rewards, prevent abuse, provide customer support, improve features, send notifications you allow, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate Hoople, including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, push notifications, and purchase management. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we use push tokens to send gameplay reminders, account updates, promotional messages, or other app-related notices. You can turn off notifications in your device settings at any time.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We may retain limited records after account deletion where required for security, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Your Choices

Children
Hoople is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
International Users
Hoople is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Purchases and Tokens
Hoople may offer consumable draft tokens and other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. We receive purchase identifiers and entitlement status, but we do not receive your full payment card number.
